When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed with care and efficiency. If your order is placed before 12 PM (noon, Paris time) on a business day, it will be prepared and shipped the same day. If placed after 12 PM, it will be shipped the next business day. We exclusively ship with UPS Express, ensuring fast and reliable delivery:

France: delivery within 24 hours.
International: delivery within 48 hours.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using the tracking number in your customer account. You will also receive an SMS when the package is handled by UPS. You can modify the delivery time slot or address directly through the UPS app.

How can I return my order?

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return it in its original condition and packaging. A prepaid return label is carefully included in your package. Simply fill out the return form available from your customer account to initiate the process. These return conditions apply to all countries without restriction.
