When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed with care and efficiency. If your order is placed before 12 PM (noon, Paris time) on a business day, it will be prepared and shipped the same day. If placed after 12 PM, it will be shipped the next business day.

We exclusively ship worldwide with UPS Express, ensuring fast and reliable delivery:

  • France: delivery within 24 hours.
  • International: delivery within 48 hours.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We are committed to ensuring your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using the tracking number in your customer account. You will also receive an SMS when the package is handled by UPS Express. You can modify the delivery time slot or address directly through the UPS app.

How can I return my order?

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return items in their original condition, with original packaging, all tags attached, and any accessories included. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Returns and exchanges are complimentary.

To start your return or exchange, simply visit returns.zhiggie.com. A prepaid UPS return label will be available for download — you will not incur any cost.

Refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving your return and issued to the original payment method. For exchanges, only one return is allowed — items received in exchange cannot be returned again.

What about customs fees and taxes for international orders?

For international orders, we use the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. This means that all customs fees, import taxes, and other charges are included in the sale price. You won’t have any surprises upon delivery; everything is taken care of to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Why do we ask for your SSN for U.S. orders?

Each piece from our collections exceeds the thresholds defined by U.S. Customs for simplified clearance. As a result, we are required to collect a Social Security Number (SSN) for deliveries to the United States.

According to 19 CFR § 143.21(a) (U.S. Code of Federal Regulations), informal entry is allowed for shipments under $2,500, except when an individual item exceeds $250 and falls under Chapter 99 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (covering textiles and luxury goods). In those cases, a formal entry is required, and U.S. Customs requests a SSN for identification purposes.

This clause is publicly available on the official government website: ecfr.gov – 19 CFR § 143.21(a).

Thank you for your understanding and trust.
