When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed with care and efficiency. If your order is placed before 12 PM (noon, Paris time) on a business day, it will be prepared and shipped the same day. If placed after 12 PM, it will be shipped the next business day.

We exclusively ship with UPS Express, ensuring fast and reliable delivery:

  • France: delivery within 24 hours.
  • International: delivery within 48 hours.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We are committed to ensuring your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using the tracking number in your customer account. You will also receive an SMS when the package is handled by UPS. You can modify the delivery time slot or address directly through the UPS app.

How can I return my order?

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return it in its original condition and packaging. Returns are entirely complimentary. A prepaid return label is carefully included in your package for your convenience. Simply complete the return form available in your customer account to initiate the process. These return conditions apply seamlessly to all countries without restriction. Refunds are processed within three days of receiving the returned item, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

What about customs fees and taxes for international orders?

For international orders, we use the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. This means that all customs fees, import taxes, and other charges are included in the sale price. You won’t have any surprises upon delivery; everything is taken care of to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
