Orders placed before 12 PM (local time) on a business day are prepared and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return any item, free of charge. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached and original packaging included.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 15 days of receiving your return. For exchanges, please note that only one return per order is allowed — items received in exchange cannot be returned again.
