The Site enables ZHIGGIE to offer for sale textile products and accessories under the ZHIGGIE brand (hereinafter referred to as the "Products") to Internet users browsing the Site (hereinafter referred to as "Customers").

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, it is agreed that the Customer and ZHIGGIE shall collectively be referred to as the "Parties" and individually as "Party", and that the Customer who has validated an order will then be referred to as the "Buyer".

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all countries.

Any order for a Product offered on the Site implies the Buyer's acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. ZHIGGIE reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time by publishing a new version on the Site. The general terms and conditions of sale are those in force at the date of the order.

Article 1: Object

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the rights and obligations of the Parties arising from the online sale of Products offered on the Site, and apply to the exclusion of any other document.

Article 2: Products - Prices

2.1. Products

Only Products listed on the Site on the day of its consultation by the Customer are offered for sale. Product and price offers are valid, while stocks last, as long as they are visible on the site.

2.2. Prices

We do our best to ensure that information, descriptions, and prices are correct; however, errors may occur. If the price of an item you ordered is incorrect, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.

If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order.

Prices are indicated in Euros, including all taxes for European Union countries.

These prices do not include shipping costs, which will be indicated in addition to the price at the order stage and before the Customer confirms the order.

These prices do not include any taxes imposed by the country of receipt of the order.

VAT is applicable at the rate in force in France.

Article 3: Order

3.1. Registering the Order

The Customer who wishes to place an order selects the different Product(s) of their choice by clicking on "Add to cart".

At any time, the Customer can:

  • Check the number of Products in their cart and obtain detailed information on each of them by clicking on "My Cart";
  • Continue selecting Products by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" button;
  • Complete their order by clicking on the "Checkout" button.

Any new Customer must fill in the required fields to create their customer account. The Customer must accurately fill in the form provided, which will include the necessary information for identification, including their email address. A username and password (which will be personal and confidential) will be automatically generated and sent by email to the address provided. They will be used later to log in to the site. The password can be changed by the customer later in their "My Account" area.

Any Customer who already has a customer account must log in after clicking "Checkout" by entering their username and password.

The Customer agrees that entering these two identifiers constitutes proof of their identity.

The provision of personal information collected as part of the distance selling process is mandatory, as this information is necessary for processing and delivering orders and preparing invoices. This information is strictly confidential.

After reviewing their order summary, once all the requested information has been completed by the Customer, and before payment, the Customer must read and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale by checking the box provided for this purpose.

3.2. Order Confirmation

Validation of the cart constitutes an electronic signature. This signature has the same value between the Parties as a handwritten signature and constitutes proof of the entire order and the amounts due in fulfillment of the said order. Once the order is validated, the Customer becomes the Buyer.

The Customer will pay for their order by credit card (credit card, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard/American Express, with the number, and depending on the type of credit card used, the expiration date and cryptogram number).

3.3. Payment

The price due by the Buyer is the amount indicated on the order summary document.

In any case, the amount debited will correspond to the Product(s) actually delivered.

The debit will be made at the time of the order. For any missing product, a refund will be generated as soon as possible.

It should be noted that by choosing to pay by credit card, the Buyer will be automatically transferred to the Stripe payment server.

The server and payment page are secured to protect as effectively as possible all data related to the payment method and to ensure that the Buyer's banking data never passes through ZHIGGIE's computer system.

3.4. Discount Codes

Discount codes on user accounts: Discount codes may be offered at any time to account holders. These discount codes can only be used on purchases made through the account for which the discount code was offered and registered.

Promotional discount codes: promotional discount codes applicable to all or part of the purchases made on the Site may be offered at any time.

3.5. Order Acknowledgement

After payment, an order summary document is sent to the Buyer by email to the email address provided by the Buyer.

This document, which serves as an acknowledgment, contains all the elements of the contract concluded between the Parties.
