When will I receive my order?

We want your order to reach you as quickly as possible. That's why we ship from local warehouses, directly from New Jersey for our US customers, and from France for our French and international customers.

Orders are processed with care and efficiency. If your order is placed before 12 PM on a business day, it will be prepared and shipped the same day. If placed after 12 PM, it will be shipped the next business day. We exclusively ship with UPS Express, ensuring fast and reliable delivery:

France & US: delivery within 24 hours.
