Version in force as of 17 October 2026.
These terms of sale (the "Terms") apply to sales concluded on the website zhiggie.com (the "Site") between Zhiggie, a French SASU with a share capital of 1,000 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 898 103 114, registered office 47 rue de Chaillot, 75116 Paris, France, VAT FR09898103114, telephone +33 6 85 46 68 24, email hello@zhiggie.com ("Zhiggie"), and any individual acting for purposes outside her trade or profession (the "Client").
Purchases made in Zhiggie boutiques are not governed by these Terms (see our Returns and Exchanges Policy).
Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms, which the Client acknowledges having read before confirming her order. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date of the order. They can be saved or printed.
The pieces offered are those presented on the Site on the day of the order, while stocks last. Each product page sets out the essential characteristics of the piece: composition, care and size guide. Photographs are as faithful as possible; slight colour differences may remain depending on the screen used.
Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes, in the currency displayed for the delivery country. Shipping is complimentary to every country we deliver to. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes are included in the price paid: nothing is charged on delivery.
The price charged is the one displayed when the order is confirmed. In the event of an obvious pricing error, Zhiggie will inform the Client, who may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it free of charge.
The Client selects her pieces, reviews the order summary, may correct any errors, then confirms her order with an obligation to pay. Orders may be placed with or without a customer account; the account is accessed with a one-time code sent by email.
A confirmation setting out all the details of the order is sent by email. Zhiggie may refuse or cancel an order in the event of a previous dispute with the Client, suspected fraud, or an order clearly intended for resale.
Payment is made online at the time of ordering, by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Shop Pay or any other method shown at checkout. It is processed securely by Shopify Payments; Zhiggie never has access to banking details. If a piece turns out to be unavailable after the order, its price is refunded without delay.
Orders are shipped by UPS Express, from France, or from the United States for our American clients. An order confirmed before noon (local time) on a business day ships the same day; after noon, the next business day. Indicative delivery times after shipping: 24 hours for France and the United States, 48 hours for other countries. In any event, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the order.
In the event of a delay, the Client may, after asking Zhiggie to deliver within a reasonable additional period, cancel the order and be refunded. The risk of loss or damage passes to the Client upon receipt of the parcel. The Client checks the parcel on receipt and reports any issue to the carrier and to client services.
The Client has fifteen (15) days from receipt of her order to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason and without penalty. This period is longer than the legal minimum of fourteen days.
To exercise this right, the Client uses the returns portal returns.zhiggie.com or writes to care@zhiggie.com. An acknowledgement of receipt is sent to her by email.
The Client returns the pieces no later than fifteen days after communicating her decision, using the prepaid UPS return label provided free of charge. Pieces must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with their tags and original packaging. The Client is only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the piece; such loss in value may be deducted from the refund.
The refund is made to the payment method used for the order, within five days of receipt of the return and no later than fourteen days after the withdrawal. Zhiggie may withhold the refund until the pieces have been received.
Within the same fifteen-day period, the Client may request, instead of a refund, a single exchange of the same piece in another size, subject to availability, via returns.zhiggie.com. If the requested size is no longer available, the piece is refunded.
A piece received in exchange cannot be exchanged again. It can only be returned for a refund if the fifteen-day period following receipt of the original order has not yet expired.
Orders placed on the Site cannot be returned or exchanged in our boutiques.
The Client benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L. 217-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). To make a claim, she contacts care@zhiggie.com.
Zhiggie is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations caused by force majeure or by the Client. The Site may contain links to other websites, for which Zhiggie is not responsible.

If a dispute is not resolved through a written complaint to client services, the Client may refer it free of charge to the consumer mediator: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, www.cm2c.net. The Client must first have sent a written complaint to Zhiggie and must refer the matter to the mediator within one year.
