Shipping is complimentary worldwide, by UPS Express, with duties and taxes included.

When will I receive my order?

Orders confirmed before 12 PM (local time) on a business day ship the same day; after 12 PM, the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day.

• France: shipped from France, delivery within 24 hours of shipping. No customs duties.
• United States: shipped from our New Jersey warehouse, delivery within 24 hours of shipping. Domestic shipment, no customs duties.
• Other countries: shipped from France, delivery within 48 hours of shipping. Duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay (DDP): nothing to pay on delivery.

How can I track my order?

Your tracking number is available in your customer account as soon as your order ships. You will receive a text message when UPS collects your parcel; the UPS app lets you choose a delivery slot or change your address.

Returns and exchanges

Orders placed on zhiggie.com

• Period: 15 days from receipt of your order.
• Returns: complimentary, with a prepaid UPS label available on returns.zhiggie.com.
• Refunds: to your original payment method, within 5 days of receiving your return.
• Exchange: one exchange only, for the same piece in another size, subject to availability.
• After an exchange: the piece received in exchange cannot be exchanged again; it can only be returned for a refund within 15 days of receiving your original order.
• Condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags and original packaging.

Purchases in our boutiques (Saint-Tropez, Gustavia)

Pieces bought in a boutique may be exchanged within seven days of purchase, in the boutique where they were bought, on presentation of the receipt, provided they have not been worn, washed or altered and still carry their tags. No refunds are made in boutiques. In-store purchases do not carry a right of withdrawal.
