When will I receive my order?

Orders are prepared within 1 day. They are then handled by UPS, and your package typically arrives within 24 hours in France and 48 hours for the rest of the world.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using the tracking number in your customer account. You will also receive an SMS when the package is handled by UPS. You can modify the delivery time slot or address directly through the UPS app.
