When will I receive my order?

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 days. They are then handled by UPS, and your package typically arrives within 48 hours in France and within 3 to 8 days for the rest of the world.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using the tracking number in your customer account. You will also receive an SMS when the package is handled by UPS. You can modify the delivery time slot or address directly through the UPS app.

How can I return my order?

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return it in its original condition and packaging. Simply fill out the return form available from your customer account to receive your prepaid return label. These return conditions apply to all countries without restriction. Refunds are processed within 15 days.

What about customs fees and taxes for international orders?

For international orders, we use the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. This means that all customs fees, import taxes, and other charges are included in the sale price. You won’t have any surprises upon delivery; everything is taken care of to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
