When will I receive my order?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 days. They are then taken care of by Ups, and your package usually arrives at its destination within 48 hours.

In case your basket contains several items, a single shipment will be planned as soon as all the products are available.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you can track your order using the tracking number in your customer account. A text message will also be sent to you when the package is picked up by UPS. You will be able to change the time slot or the address directly on the UPS application.

How do I return my order?
You have 15 days after receiving your order to return it in its original condition and packaging.
To receive a return form and a prepaid label, send us a message at return@zhiggie.com.
We do not provide return labels during Sales and Private Sales. We also do not provide labels for returns from abroad.
